For the majority of people to be completely healthy doesn't cost anymore than being unhealthy, and probably is cheaper lol.

No expensive gym subscriptions are required, swimming regularly at the local public pool, cycling instead of public transport or by car, and perhaps a few exercises at home.

Having a sensible diet and regular dental checkups is all that is required to be completely healthy.
