I'm not into charities since typically only 5% of the money goes to helping those the charity claims to be helping. Most of the money goes to advertising to collect more donations and to extremely high salaries to enrich those running the charities. However, if I was rich and had billions of dollars there are several things I might do to benefit our world. I wouldn't use it to feet the hungry because they would just breed and produce more hungry people making the problem worse. However, if If found a way, I would use my money to sterilize the hungry so they breed less hungry people.

I don't donate to charities. Because it can be impossible to see what a charities using my donation for or find out where my donation is going. So I'd use the free time and lack of obligations that the wealth can create to do volunteer work. At least I'd know where my time is going. Because even if it's cleaning cages at a animal shelter I'd have tangible resaults.

Depends on the charity and if Im passionate about a specific one. Even if Im rich Id want to donate it to things I care about and not just throw money at everything.

Yes but I would do it completely anonymously. Because if you're rich and a philanthropist you'll have a line a mile long at your door of people with their hand out that don't really NEED it.
