No, illegal aliens shouldn't be able to get any kind of a driver's license. Only US citizens (with proof), people with a valid work visa (no tourist visas), and those with a green card, should be able to get state-issued driver's license, and none of those should be RealID licenses.

People from other countries (Canada or Mexico, for example) should be allowed to drive their country-based vehicles in the US if they have legitimate home-country licenses and agree (in writing) to only transport goods between their home country and the US (or vice versa) and no transport of goods totally within the US.
