No, these systems are very vulnerable to hackers. A lot of them are small local municipalities with tight budgets. They cannot spend the amount of money needed to have a solid security plan.

The electric grid be the big problem... take out one nuclear plant in this area, the entire North East is done.

yes, and no...

yes, USA infrastructure is quite vulnerable... but it isn't really worth it for Iran, if it really were, they would have done it already

same reason by the way... the USA won't just bomb Iran facilities to hurt the civilian population (not as a main target) which they could very easily do as well

Yes.

Iran isn't capable to do something serious. Maybe some small special operation or activation of few agents to damage infrastructure but nothing significant that could really affect Americans as nation.

My country is exposed to Russian sabotage acts because we support Ukraine but with exception of few old production halls which were not secured with Fire sprinkler systems, didn't happen much in last 5 years of "3 days special operation"
