why not add a new black cia agent -instead of hijacking a white character?

In general bond films were inclusive from 1960s. Like quarelll. And oddjob. And golden gun helper. So why did they hijack a white character to pilot him played by a black?

If they need a main character minority- to pander to academy awards voters, can ADD a new cia agent who is black or latino to play bond's important partner and co star instead of hijacking.

2, Did sell more tickets by swapping a black actor for a white character um characters moneypenny too, maybe more major ones?

3, and why only pander to one minority why not real diversity: a new M from brazil saying welcome to the new replacement, and a new Q from india, not hijack same character, but could add a new one, was this all just forced by a threat of law sue?

No time to die didn't hijack a white charcter. Bond had retired from the service by that time and replaced by a new 007 who happened to be black. The theme of bond getting too old was explored in sky fall as years and injuries start taking theif toll on him physically.

Yes they were considering going forward with a woke black female 007 for new movies but probably couldn't find financial backers.

Woke doesn't sell movies.

I stopped watchin Bond movies when Roger Moore was James Bond. I did not even know that he was replaced by a person of color.
