With that in mind money dosen't create life or happiness. It's a tool to use as much as your tool belt. You also need to know how to use said tool to be effective or get hurt no different then a hammer or gun.

I'm not sure about the exact amount and I'm absolutely abysmal at math but for sure to be able to pay for all your basic needs: food, water, shelter, clothing, furniture, electricity, medical bills, etc. And then some money left over to do whatever fun things you like. I don't think you need to be a millionaire to do all those things.
