Mississippi is overtaking much of the USA in education

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S75315aiURESo basically, "would I rather live in an impoverished state with low education rates or the central city in an autocratic state disguised as a republic with hugh government interference?" At least I have a higher chance of leaving Mississippi fir a better state than I would Russia in general.

Mississippi. It is in the USA and seems to be a pretty decent place to live.
I'd rather live in the US than Russia. Moscow is likely the best place in Russia outside of Petersburg, but Murica wins for me, unless we're talking about some downtrodden town in the Rust Belt.
