sure. Not everyone looks at age to decide to date. Even if some do.
It’s who you attract, how you make someone feel that will determine if someone wants to date you.
I’m 41 and I started to like this man that seriously I thought he was maybe 49 or 50. He looks way older than me, he has all white hair and wrinkles on his face but somehow this looks extremely attractive on him even if he looks older he looks very eye catching. Looking old isn’t always bad. He is too hot 🥹!! This is one of those that is not bad that he looks older than his real age. I was surprised to learn he’s only 4 years older than me 😐!!
I look like I’m in my 20’s, that’s what probably makes the biggest impact not the actual ages.
Overall, take care of yourself and you’ll always attract people.
in reality, even if you find women who won’t date older, in general most women are attracted to older men by nature , and men sea attracted to younger looking women by nature. So you’re lucky to be a man, your opportunities are greater than if you were a woman. I think men do look at age more than women do.
All they really care about is cash. So being your 50's you may have gotten a good promotion or two and the chance to get an education and accumulate a decent savings. So you've definitely got a better chance than a lot of guys.
But they do date me age 51! Even young. I can't say how young they each are. it creeps people out- here. That is how young she is.
20 and 30 something women date men in their 70s. It is all about what you have to offer as a partner and the doesn’t strictly mean money.
hell no. even if i were 50, i wouldn't want to date another man in his 50s. Very hard to find someone attractive around that age. And if he is still single , never married by 50... there's usually a reason for it. Not a good one
what if he had been married for 20 years?
depends on the reason why he was divorced. I definitely also have seen bad men who had been married then divorced cuz their wives didn't want them.
It had nothing to do with being a bad person, it had to do with her cheating.
@gasman70
even bad men can get married. I have seen it. Marriage isn't a guarantee that you will be a good man. But if you've been trying to get married your whole life, reached your mid to late 40s and no one has selected you... it's very likely a red flag. From my experience, dating only gets harder as you get older because it becomes harder to find quality people
I didn't say bad men can't get married, case and point, my dad is a self described bad man. He was married for 60 years. Now he is a widower. They stayed married, even though he said that she saved him from being a criminal. I'm the opposite of that, actually. I've been told I'm too kind and too giving and too big hearted, my dad says I'm loyal to a fault, so I guess you just don't know me, and you're trying to label me as something I'm not to make it easier for you to answer this question.
@gasman70
You don't need to be kind to get into a relationship. I have seen the worst people get married. My dad was abusive and bad tempered, emotionally dyaregulated and he is still married.
I have also met people who truly seemed nice but actually weren't after I got to know them better. You don't know if someone is truly a nice person just cus they seem nice... you look at their mental thought process, if they admit it when they are wrong, whether they take responsibility over their mistakes. And you can actually tell a lot about someone based on their criteria for dating, is he still there to care for his kids after the divorce? If not, he's not a good guy
Is he a hypocrite? Is he judgmental? If he gets yelled at for hurting someone, how does he respond? Does he lash back? If so, he's not a decent guy. You can tell a lot about a person based on the way they react to things
Kindness is only one aspect of a person that matters, but if that's the only thing that is good about them, then they will still suck as a person
I fell for my ex boyfriend because he was the kindest, sweetest gentleman ever. But everything else about him was terrible. That's why we broke up.
I’m in my twenties and personally no I wouldn’t. Too old for me. I don’t want to date a man old enough to be my father.
Understandable, I wouldn't want to date a immature woman either, I would want to date someone in her 40's
I’m 22 years away from being 50.
Do you want to date a woman 22 years older than you? I reckon probably not.
When I was 19 I dated a 46 year old, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
that's a 27 year difference
At this age nope.
Maybe when I get to my 40’s or 50’s
When I turn 50 yes.
not at my age
if he has money
What if he has a nice house and it’s all paid off?
