Nope. Staying together “for the kids” is bullshit in my opinion. Kids can sense when something is wrong and I don't think staying in an unhappy marriage is better for them. I'd rather they grow up with separated parents who can coparent in a healthy way than watch their parents stay in an unhealthy and unhappy relationship. I wouldn't want them growing up thinking that’s what a relationship is supposed to look like or in constant tension and ugly atmosphere at home
No my parents did this and really they did my brother and me no favors
