1. i felt kinda awkward, when i heard musk talk about universal income. isn't that what socialist say?

2. usually the idea is people are lazy -so democrat offer them utopia 'money in your pocket' if you vote for me- to do my agenda whatever- and people like that- who does not like money in their pocket? or free busses that they did not get or free medicine? they dont oppose that! so they dont ask what will you change? will you lower taxes? of course not! democrats are always taking more and more taxes. have always taken more and more taxes.

and universal income is bad it promoted laziness because it is for everone -not earned. kinda like being on welfare temporary for over a year! but it depends how.

3. democrat politicians are like 'i am just a millionaire but those billionaires have so much we need to REDISTRIBUTE the money' careful words.

oh they won't say 'steal their money to give' that souds wrong so no word 'their' just meant: money got distributed by doing business and we democrats want to RE-distribute money the rich gathered- not my millions cough- the billions amassed by whatever businesses profits and give it to 'you' as universal income without jobs. like a utopia. imagine iran sold its oil for billions and distributed THAT money to its citizens. a utopia.

but our side opposed hand outs. bad to get hand outs. as candace owens correctly explained before she went rogue. bad to give too. and certainly not- as one democrat called it "doing a robin hood" like government drains the billionaire bank to give- so instead of taking from the rich. musk has a different way to give universal indome not the socialist way just the a. i.=s. i. outcome has several possibilities but one likely outcome is by s. i. we can do stuff better and have a prosperity that brings down prices but then he said somehow by s. i. people will get universal income?

4. so not by bad redistribute that is wrong but how? and what other differences between these handout plans?

With AI it might be necessary. The way it works is that you get just enough to get by. It will be like living in the soviet union or China. You are just given enough to get by and there is no surplus. You want a vechile you have to wait 5 years.

nice! well in that series it was not specified but in series next generation- they said humans stopped using money. probably stopped before kirk was captain in 2200. as soon as they got the technology for the food machine- Synthesizer that can make anything. gems clothing etc.
it is plausible vulcans gave it when earth first got warp drive in 2060. but series enterprise ruined that guess by having "resequence only for some protien food."
similar to Synthesizer- if robot hands can make sport shoes instead of hired workers, the price will drop as they can make profit even selling for $5 with a low price!

Exactly! When Captain Picard was the boss, they said that money doesn't exist 300 years from now. They had no clue what money was. They didn't even know what television was. Times are changing and that's not about the stop. People are fighting back against AI but they won't be able to stop it. It's too late for that. You can be the most energetic worker in the world, but you'll still want time off to sleep after work and days off and maybe vacations. The robots won't require an of that. Amazon is already using robotics in their warehouses. And so are automotive plants. Does that mean humans are lazy?
So why would they pay a human to stay home and do nothing? They will have to. Who else would buy the robot’s products?

A universal basic income will happen whether people like it or not. It's not going to happen tomorrow, it will happen in the future. People have looked for ways to make life easier since the beginning of time. We no longer use wash tubs and wash boards to wash clothes. We got lazy and now we use washing machines. Does anyone wanna go back to washboards? Does anyone want to go back to the horse and buggy days?
