Trending & News Can i? I think at this age i take it better than i ever have.
But just because i can, doesn't mean i will or should. Understand?
Most people are not worth rejection. That's just a reality. Most women just want a man's ATTENTION, not him. That is ALSO a reality.
Women will try to SHAME men into behaving a certain way they deem acceptable. A woman will try to insult a man by calling him timid, shy, or insecure. Even when he most definitely is not. Their goal is to get a man to make a play for her full well intending to just reject him, but making her feel like she has gained some power through it all. The reality is in fact though that many women today simply have not EARNED the right to be asked out by a man. Many women today have a very twisted view of what a relationship and love in general is. Most women's go to move is baiting men with feminine wiles. To anovice male this looks like genuine interest. But an experienced male sees right through it.
I don't mind rejection. Buta woman has to EARN my attention to even get that opportunity to reject me. And most women today chase the quick fix.
do I have to? lol...
I've never really asked anyone out on a date or to be my girlfriend...
what I've always done is to hang out with people, and get to know them outside "dating" scenarios... and the more we get to know each other the more we feel drawn and then, at some point this thing becomes mutual so there's no need to ask
now, if I were the type of guy that sees someone out there, looking great and/or seems to be a great girl this or that... and then I go there to ask her out, my expectations, or better said... me feeling ENTITLED for her to "accept" or to even be interested on me, these are going to be zero... lol
she doesn't have to like me or say yes... but if she does, then great.. if not, no big deal... lol
It depends who it is rejecting me. So sometimes I probably would be able to handle it others times probably not.
Because I can serve out rejections, so I can take them as well.

I've never even understood why rejection is an issue for people unless you've had a crush on them for years or something. I'd be random people I had crushes on them just for the hell of it if not for the fact that'd weird them out.
I get the impression this might be a me thing though. I seem to be bothered less by negative emotions stemming from social situations than a lot of people. I could probably watch one of my "crushes" sloppily making out with another guy and think "Awe, that's sweet." I think I might just not have that strong of emotional connections to people in general and that might be why.
Rejection in a dating context? Sure. Why not? What I don't understand is how these delicate little snowflakes of conservative men can get so invested in a woman they don't even know so as to be crushed to the point of rage because she says, "nah thanks, not interested".
I can but I'll definitely be in a bad mood for a little bit after. I tend to be really hard on myself. But eventually I remember there's a lot of fish in the sea and I've had my share of good catches. I'll have another later.
yes,, been rejected more times than accepted
Depends on who is doing the rejecting. Regardless, though, it never makes me happy.
