Did Trump make a mistake backing Fed rate hikes, or is it strategic?

He got rid of the other guy because he said he wanted rates lowered [makes it easier to service the debt]. The new guy moved to normalize rates by raising them to counter inflation... caused by the you know what policy in Iran..., so now the debt service is even higher for USA and the world as other central banks also raising rates. USA has the worlds biggest short term debt bomb in history of world... now costing $1.2T a year.

That will put pressure on all countries, including USA. See France burn... after the USA pushed them to put more into military, they give millions and billions to Ukraine, billions in social benefits... they can't afford it all. So they make cuts... and the migrants rebel... France burns.

... back to the question...

Did Trump make a mistake or get what he wanted... to bring the system down... if he can bring the whole world down and be left standing... handed the oil (Venezuela and USA reserves) and currency and military power, USA comes out on top by cutting everyone else down. It will be painful for all on mainstreet no doubt.

And yes I know each central bank has their own independence, but they really don't. Those at the top of the Fed control the whole machine until it's changed... imho.
