How is this even a competition? You put brown sugar and bacon on bland beans and then discover it's way better? 😂
No way!
As an American I've seen Mexican restaurants, Italian restaurants, Thai restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants and the list goes on. Who in the right mind would eat English food unless you had to?
Thanks for the MHO
LOL, the Americans don't have "beans on toast". They have "beans in corn syrup and shit cake" instead.
The stuff called "bread" in America doesn't qualify as such in Europe. Those beans in a can are not in what would qualify as "sauce" either.
Hence it's a moot question. As American don't eat food. They eat shit like healthcare is free.
Must be why the Brit liked it
But then again, you want him executed because he is white 🤷♂️
You do know that no one in the UK past puberty eats beans on toast. It's a child's meal
You feed that to children? 😲
Isn't that abuse?
Wait until you see spaghetti on toast
Sounds like a culinary race to the bottom.

I am fairly certain beans on toast isn’t a thing in the US. Peanut butter toast is probably our substitute. Avocado toast is probably a similar texture and flavor to beans. I do intend to try it someday, beans on toast. Until then, i’m only guessing that the US does beans better. But that is a guess based on pure, unadulterated bias for the good ol’ USA and our ability to make everything delicious, but terrible for our health! Ell oh ell!
Come on dude, UK people don’t know how to make beans. They’re deathly afraid of anything spicy and still eat like it’s the Great Depression. Is there any chili powder, cumin, chili peppers, in their beans? Of course not. Their knowledge of spices stops at salt and pepper, unless they grew up eating Indian food.
I won't joke about British food...
for the rest of this week...
American beans are better.
I don't know, probably.
Beans on toast... gross
