Why is drunk sex rape if both are drunk, and if you can't make decisions while drunk why does the law expect you to not drive when drunk?

Well, hopefully you make that decision before you get drunk. If you know you’re going to drink to that extreme that you made plans beforehand because obviously people make bad decisions when drunk and that is why people are driving like that sometimes.

Well, if you’re talking about the part about both being drunk, then obviously nobody can accuse the other of rape if you’re both in that condition, but somehow they always blame the guy anyway

Because sober you can do things to prevent drunk you from making bad decisions. Like drunk you tends to do.

Personally, two inebriated individuals doesn't constitute rape as neither is capable of sober consent. Both parties willfully engaged in the "whatever happens, happens".
