Can we stop saying that men are only tall if they’re 6 feet and above or that you’ll only date men who are 6 feet and above?

If you are average height or short

A woman once told me that men are only tall if they’re 6’2” or above. I was so confused, but then I realized she was a tall woman herself.

Back then, the “I will only date men who are 6 feet and above” mindset was more common among tall women. So why are average-height and short women adopting the same mindset now? Even a 5’9” guy is tall compared to you

First of all, as a man you should have a blue account.

Second of all, work on yourself if what women are attracted to triggers you this much.

Third of all it’s not about ”being taller” it’s about being tall period. Almosr all men are taller than me, that doesn’t mean they are tall or that I see them as tall. When I look at a man who’s not tall I don’t feel attracted to him. The fact that he’s taller than me doesn’t change that fact. If you’re a man who’s into slim women and not attracted to overweight women it doesn’t help that the overweight women in front of you actually weighs less than you does it.

I love that because it's absurdly unrealistic. Fewer than 15% of American men are over six feet tall. Fewer than 4% are 6'2" or taller. And not all of those men are available or worth dating. Even if the men over 6'2" were all desirable, what makes her believe she can pull one of them?

FWIW, my brother is 5'7 and women flock to him.

Seems a bit weird since I'm 5' 11. And I'm fairly sure I'm the same height as guys who say they're 6ft, haha.
