It's not the basis of the video, but it's interesting. I had of course heard the claim, but was unsure of it's validity.

She apparently married her first husband in 2002 in a Islamic ceremony, but it wasn't official by the state. She had two children with him, and then married her second husband in 2009 (her brother), in a Christian ceremony. She lived with both, and had another child with her first husband. She was actually forced to pay fines for fraudulently filing taxes with the first husband while being married to the second. Even the second husband withdrew green card applications which questioned about the legitimacy of the marriage.
