Not really. Diversity for diversity’s sake is obviously a sham. But the idea that all of the greatest minds and best workers are already in your country is a retarded level of nationalism. Most progressive nations have accomplished amazing things, and contrary to popular myth, white people are not exclusively responsible for everything good OR everything bad throughout human history. The US was ONLY competitive in the space race because they stole the best and brightest from Russia, who had a HUGE head start on the US. China was the first to develop paper and firearms. You like your second amendment? Thank the Chinese. Ell oh ell!
There’s nothing wrong with inviting people from other countries, creeds and even faiths to come into your country and help make it great.
But that’s not what the dipsh*ts on the left did. They imported millions of deadbeats and criminals, and insisted that they made the country better just because they were not from here.
And let’s not pretend that some detractors, however many or few, wouldn’t care if everyone who came in were the best and brightest, the mere thought of brown people living next door gives them pause, and don’t let them find out that they’re not Christians. God forbid! 😂😂😂
Diversity, like almost everything in life, is neither good nor bad. It depends entirely upon how we use it. It can be a tool, or it can be a weapon. It can be good and it can be bad.
People who are in favor are going to point exclusively to success stories and pretend that’s all there is to see. People who are opposed are going to point exclusively to the atrocities and pretend that’s all there is to see.
