Every President has had problems with them. The issue is how partisan we have become.
Just watch liberals here, they can't even accept news reports from their own media if it shows Trump isn't failing at something.

Iran's economy is collapsing, and oil shipments have normalized without Iranian exports.

They'd probably comment about the hypocrisy of pro-war Republicans now opposing war. It's really not worth thinking about because there's enough material out there to twist anything.

What if the Republicans weren't opposing the war? Would the late night comedians have the guts to criticize Biden for the exact same thing they are criticizing Trump right now?

When Biden was President, Trump said no wars so he was opposing war under Biden along with all the lemmings in the House and Senate who blindly followed him. Late night talk show hosts aren't going to criticize Biden because they all voted for him. None of those late night talk shows have a large enough audience to matter like they did 30 years ago and are largely irrelevant.
