1. They push their leftist agenda (which is very unpopular) and drive away their voter base. People love illegals until they live in their communities. Suicidal empathy is fine until it smacks you in the face.

2. They follow Trumps plan (a lite version) and go back on their promises to their voters. We've seen it happen before.

Of course not Biden didn't suddenly get rid of Ice, nor did Obama and he had a whole 8 years and in fact he loved ice used it a lot. There is a reason he got the nickname deporter in chief. Why some pretend Trump is somehow a unique ice supporter is beyond me.

Aside from that, they won’t actually do it because that would be solving a problem. I think they'll do anything to save Tax dollars for them to embezzle money. So yeah, they'll try to get rid of ICE.

It will go to great things like here in California, housing for the homless that never get built, and trains to nowhere that never get built... Billions of dollars over budget, no problems fixed, and nobody knows where all the money really went.

ICE is a federal thing so they have no authority to do it, but that won't stop them from trying. They need those votes.
