Girls: Movies/Scenes that make you cringe? Hard to watch? are there?

So, I cam across this list of movies that are "ahrd for guys to watch" (if you read this artcile..you'll understand why lol) : link

The only movie of those I've seen is TEETH...and yes..i had my legs crossed for about a good hour and a half...(and I just drank 2 vitamin waters..so it was quite the dilemma)...I would also add one other movie: Snakes on a plane...theres a part where guy walks into the bathroom and a snale pops out of the toilet when he's peeing and...yea...legs crossed during that scene)

I'm pretty squeamish in general, but one thing that consistently hits a nerve with me is torture scenes. I'm a highly empathetic person (blessing and a curse), so watching a person receive a lot of pain is very hard for me.

Another scene which is painful for me--may sound odd since many users on here know me to be a Christian--is the crucifixion scene of Jesus (have never seen the Passion of the Christ for this reason, but watched a very realistic production done at my church). Not only did I feel Jesus' pain while he was being killed, but I also found myself feeling guilty because I know he did it for me. Christian music made me cry for some time after that, but it doesn't bother me anymore and I do my best to avoid seeing it again.

Well I'm an atheist...so...yea...lol...but I was raised catholic and was arounf bloody depictions of jesus all the time so I was pretty numb to it.

any and all rape scenes. I can't watch it. at all. if I'm watching a show/movie that's got a rape scene in it with someone/at a theater, I'll literally have to leave the room or at the very least close my eyes/cover my ears. my sister watches law & order SVU all the time and they have a bunch of sexual assault cases on there. we get into fistfights over it because I'll ask her to change the channel but she just totally ignores me. le sigh.

SVU is pretty tame though...its day time tv...i know what you mean though...im a guy and I don't liek rape scenes...it makes women uncomfortable and think of us as evil...they also seem to think we enjoy those scenes whenever theyre show.

Teeth is a wonderful dark comedy. Mwahaha!

I usually catch myself readjusting the way I'm sitting if I'm watching a movie with other people and there's a rape scene. I'm not entirely sure if I should be uncomfortable during those scenes, and that makes me uncomfortable on its own.

If I'm alone, I'm all good.

i think only one guy deserved it though...the guy that tried to rape her...the other 2 were jut douchebags...and actually he stepbro really didn't do anything to hurt her...i mean would it be jsutified to cut a guys penis off just because he wronged you?

Not totally justified, but that doesn't mean I don't consider it once in a while.

I'm going to recommend you see The Cabin in the Woods, by the way. I just got back from seeing it. So good! And no penis chopping scenes to worry about.

its a horror flick rite? And if its not totally jsutified ..why do you spport it! I swear I think women just think aynthing can be dpne to men but we make a "make me a sandwich woman!" joke and you look at us like we just killed a litter of baby puppies...

Yes, but it's totally not what you'd expect from the beginning.

First of all, Teeth is just a movie. If I like how the movie goes, it doesn't mean I support the decisions of everyone in a real life situation. There are worse things than cutting off a guy's penis for revenge, and there are better ways of handling situations.

The point I'm making is that it entertains me and I might fantasize about doing terribly nasty things to people who have crossed me. I don't think it's right.

ok...but I think that is just about the wrose thing you can do..to guy...or atlest to me...if I ever lost my penis for any reason...infection...cancer..crazy sadistic chick...i would commit suicide..no question in my mind.

Ohh! There's another way! If you get it broken and don't get it treated in time or if you're taking the fun little blue pills and you don't see a doctor after you've had an erection for four hours.

From what I've read in articles here and there, both cause tissue damage that, left untreated, can leave you with a useless, floppy noodle.

yea...id kill myself then too...its not because I'm sex-crazed...its about human dignity...not having that part of me makes me like not a man...and like some D***less freak..i couldn't handle..id rather be 6 ft under...not going through life as a freak..theres at least some dignity in death..

Yea really touching movies .. especially those that involve animals , kids and old people .. too painful to watch!

Also needles are awful .. as well as zombies , because then I would imagine their looks when I sleep and I would get nightmares ..
