Does a guy say "we'll meet again", if he doesn't want to?

I have met this guy three times. All those times we've been making out but also talking. It has been kinda steamy, but now I would really like to hang out with him without all the "body contact" (don't know a better word).

All the times we've been together, he ended it with "we'll talk soon". He did that yesterday too. He said he wanted to hang out with me and that we would talk.

So, my question is: Would a guy says he wants to see you again, without meaning it? So far he's kept all his promises (all though it took him six days to talk to me again!)

he really does believe you will talk soon. how serious he sees this...that's questionable. Still, its kind of hard to go from 60-0 "lets talk and get to know each other now." good luck.
