Would you rather be called cute or beautiful?

I think beautiful is bigger compliment than cute. what do you think?

I don't see why "beautiful" is always such a big compliment. Beauty could mean anything, cus beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. If a guy things girls who look below average is beautiful, and he calls a girl beautiful, is it still a compliment?

Also, because girls talk about how beautiful is the best compliment, I see guys going around telling any girl they like that they are beautiful. (however, this is socially acceptable)

Personally I like "cute" girls. Short, petite, etc. But even if a girl is cute, apparently calling a girl cute is a crime since beautiful is the only actual compliment.

Cute is on the lower end of being pretty, I usually hear it being used to describe a female that's attractive but isn't hot. Beautiful is used to describe someone that has he entire package, a bad chick that has an outstanding look, figure, and personality.

I would be flattered by both, but beautiful is more meaningful to me. When I think of something cute I think of my dog, cat, or babies or something like that. But when I think of something beautiful I think of something overwhelming and breathtaking. Something you just don't want to take your eyes off of, where as cute just makes you want to say awe. A lot of things are cute, but beauty is much more rare. At least that's the way I see it.

Well... a girl can be hot without being pretty and the same with cute. I'd personally prefer beautiful because the tern cute is generally used with younger kids, HOWEVER if the mood is right and she does something adorable, it can be great that she thinks you're cute. But beautiful is a better compliment because it can mean a lot of things, and suggest that everything about you is beautiful.

Like someone else said, as long as the compliment is genuine, I'll take anything. Cute, beautiful, adorable, gorgeous, stunning, etc. Anything works, really. As long as the guy means it. But hot and sexy should be used very carefully, as I've been offended by those. Those ones really depend on the guy and the circumstance. If not done correctly, it can be creepy.

I'd rather not be called anything than have a guy call me beautiful and not mean it but just be saying it to make himself look charming.

Beautiful can be a bigger compliment, but being cute and doing/saying/acting in a cute way is way more charming than a beautiful face.

I rather be called beautiful because when I think of the word cute I think of baby animals where beautiful is a stronger word that has more meaning then a simple your cute.

beautiful is more meaningful. I used to prefer cute,but once the internet taught me about magibon,dakota rose and other ''cute'' folks like that,i'm sort of disgusted by the term for some reason.

I really dislike being called cute because I don't see myself as cute in any way. I also think it's less of a compliment in terms of looks as it can be used as a substite to say I don't think you look good.
