Veins on the back of the hands are normally due to high vascularty. I have veins that show really well from my elbows down and have done since I started quite demanding labour work. I'm one of the most laid back person my friends know so personally I can't see any similarities between anger and this

I can't say I have seen angry people with veins on their hands or even their arms popping out. I'm a bit of a thin guy (by thin I mean I'm a goddamned stick :P) and I have often seen my veins pop out of my arms if my heart rate is elevated or if my arms are hanging down at my sides on occasion.

Having visible veins on the back of your palms just means you have thin hands or thin skin or even something constricting your blood flow but it definitely has no connection with getting angry easily.

No it is true from my experience, normally when something aggravates me which is quite a lot of things as I have a short fuse, my veins from the back of my palms up to elbow will pop out, have to be honest I feel like a god when it happens, but I'm sure it's just because of blood pressure rising.
