Does anyone else have the super bad tendency of aggressively scratching their arm when they get stressed or mad or is about to cry?

YEP. It used to be punching myself as a kid which has transitioned into scratching. For me it's self harm. It's probably the same for you

Oh, definitely. The marks tend to stick around for a couple days or maybe a week, but they're never permanent

No but I do actually scratch my scrotum to a point of almost bleeding when super stressed.

I crack my knuckles, wrist and spine.

I do to, I crake my nuckles every day multiple times a day

My hands hurt constantly since 2020 because for 3 months I was in a coma and my knuckles were frozen in one position by not being flexed and cracked. I'm not mad at the hospital since they saved my life, I just live with it.

I started wearing a pure copper torc on my wrist in December and the chronic pain in both my hands and my spine has eased significantly. I'm saving money for a copper water bottle as well and filter tap water or drink well point water instead so it's what nature produces, not what the government says is "healthy" - fluoride is a neurotoxin and chlorine is what they made toxic gas from for chemical weapons, but they put it in our water supply and replace the copper pipes with plastic despite copper being an essential micronutrient and micro plastics being highly toxic.
