ladies are always ask about the essence of being a woman, how about you guys?

As a man, I think it's important for us to have goals, plan how to reach them and follow through.

If we become competent at goal setting, and achieving, we have a much easier time with developing other things like our thoughts, feelings, which help with building relationships. Be it professional, personal, intimate, you name it.

But aside from that, goal setting is about us gaining responsibility for at least ourselves, and for being productive with our lives.

A man living a useless life is not a man at all.
