What would be your first impression if you saw me?

First take a look at my photos real quick. I want to start off by saying that I AM NOT doing this for attention, it's just an honest question that I've been wondering. Girls and guys...would you consider me cute, pretty, sexy, etc. right off the bat?

Now I'm going to be honest here and say that I don't think I'm ugly whatsoever yet sometimes I feel like I can get any guy I want and others I feel like no one wants me. Is there anything wrong with my appearance? I just don't get it. Am I intimidating to some guys? I want to feel like guys should be doing anything to make me theirs.

Don't get me wrong, I get guys. But most of the time not the ones I want and other times I get them but then all of a sudden something just goes wrong and we stop talking.

If any of this factors in - yes I have a good personality, I'm interested in some guy hobbies, I'm going to a great college, I drive a truck, and I love to workout. PLEASE let me know if I'm doing anything wrong haha.

You attract certain types of guy by the way you carry yourself. This includes how you talk, how you dress, your body language, and a multitude of other aspects (such as your mindset of "I want to feel like guys should be doing anything to make me theirs"). This isn't the 50's anymore; if you are attracted to a guy and he isn't making the moves on you, it's time to put your big girl pants and show some initiative. I can almost guarantee you that the guy in question will feel a refreshing difference from having to do most of the work.

I personally hate when the girl expects me to do everything and I steer clear from those types. Like any relationship, both parties have to work at it for it to flourish. Lastly, attraction isn't a choice -- you can't help who you are and aren't attracted to, it just doesn't work that way.

The question is, what kind of guys do you usually associate with? There seems to be a bunch of possible factors potentially playing into this.

- Are you "one of the guys" in some groups? some guys aren't attracted to girls who are "one of the guys" (like guy hobbies, drive a truck)

- How do you act around guys? Flirty? Talkative? Needy/selfish?

- Who are the guys you get and who are the guys you want to get but don't? Are your standards unrealistic? Are you close-minded? Do you attract dbags but want nice guys? Do you attract nice guys but want dbags?

Hearing positive things from others will mean nothing if you don't work on your self esteem.

And that doesn't come from hearing compliments.

It comes from accepting yourself and your flaws within.

i think you look moderately pretty, maybe like a 6 or 7. but in pure honesty you look a little exhausted, your skin looks washed out like you've been drinking too much and you have slight bags under your eyes.

That being said - you're in college - there's really not a lot of "dating" at this point in your life. More hooking up. If you're attracting the guys you don't want - then you need to do some soul searching and try to find out what in your personality is attracting you to their personalities.

Attractive, no doubt. But you kind of have the "crazy eyes." Overall I'd categorized you more as sexy than pretty or cute, though the others do apply. Based on the rest of yoru description in your last paragraph you sound pretty awesome. I can't imagine you'll be without a guy for long!

It's hard to explain, but it's part of what gives you more of a sexy vibe than a cute vibe. Basically you have a look that hints at a LOT of energy underneath. That can be a VERY good thing (like when it ends up being channeled into healthy sexuality) or a potentially destructive thing (like when it gets channeled into trashing a guy's car or boiling his pet bunny when he doesn't call). Given how you (sanely) describe yourself later, it appears you're in the first camp. So: WIN!

Okay..my honest opinion is you have a nice face, but the length and style of your hair is over powering your face. Your hair should complement your face. The other thing is the highlighted look at the ends of your hair. I'm just not into that look. Kinda looks dirty.
