College guys and high school/younger girls?

Why does it seem like a lot of college guys like either high school girls or girls that are just too young. I know this boy (he is 19 and in college) that has been in three relationships (that I know of) and all the girls were young. His first girlfriend was two years younger than him, but this was when he was in high school, maybe his junior year. The second relationship was with this girl that is a year younger than him and his last girlfriend is in high school (I doubt she is even graduating this year).

The first relationship lasted about a year and the last two lasted for only a month. He also has a problem he talks to so many girls and he never gives himself time to get over his last girlfriend. It's just one after the other.

Anyway the whole idea is why do college guys or guys in general go after high school or younger girls?

Well, really it depends on the individual because I find myself going for older women, 23-27 years old and I'm 20. But as for guys that go for younger girls I think its because they are at about the same state of mental and physical maturity. While its not always the case most girls mature mentally faster than males by about a year or two, but that's not to say that this maturity isn't just physical at sometimes( you know those rich college girls that act like 13 year olds?).

But yeah gotta say it really just depends on the individual and their preferences.

One reason is control. Unfortunately, there are a lot of men who like to feel "big" by controlling their gf, and that's easier if she's younger.

Maturity can also play a role, esp at your age. But when men get older, it's often about control.
