College guys seem to be more 'mature'. I think high school kids in general are about exploring with limits, but in college, people just want to know even more. lol I don't know. It really also depends on what school they go to because I know that in some smaller colleges, the guys still keep to their old ways and act like 'boys' in high school (sorry I'm generalizing). I find that college campus guys seem to like to do the whole partying, drinking, etc. like in the movies. In my college, which was located in Manhattan, I found that guys were more down to earth and seemed more mature. I don't know since I never dated them but they were pretty laid back and did not do the whole 'college experience' (drinking games, etc.). It all depends on the guy but I do definitely think college guys are more mature in understanding and being themselves compared to high school guys who want to show off. Just my observation of college "kids"/young adults.
Some are, some aren't. Don't expect an 18-year-old guy in college to be much different from an 18-year-old guy in high school. By the end of college they're a little different because they're older and have been away from home for awhile. By then, you will also be different and it may be easier for you to get a date.
Don't sweat it. No one ever liked me in high school and when I got to college I suddenly had more guys than I could handle.
Think about the mindset of the guys in college: they want to be there. Everyone has to go through high school, but not everyone goes to college. Not saying that's a bad thing, but people in college are proving that they have some sort of determination and perseverance, something you may like in a relationship.
College guys are basically the same thing, just they know how to talk to girls better, so can usually take advantage of them easier. Guys are guys, no matter what the age. The good and the bad.
