Brigham Young University-Hawaii does NOT require the Covid-19 vaccine, but the state of Hawaii, does. I can somewhat see a state having control over the admissions to state universities, but this university is private.

Olivia took a Flu vaccine in 2019, and it left her paralyzed from the waist down for a month. Her doctors warned her to stay away from his Covid-19 vaccine, because the risk is just too great.
Her dream school is out, as is her $200,000 scholarship.

[I’m purposefully not including “ reality bc you never know what might happen” bc in this question we are answering based on the condition can not be able changed.]

Yes obviously really is best and necessary for a full productive life and people understandable put a lot of stock into the ability to deal in reality, but when for whatever reason, the circumstances are completely out of someone’s control, do you think “dealing in an intractable painful reality” is necessarily superior to living in a beautifully constructed fantasy world?

NOT autobiographical atm but when I was young, I did spend a lot of time in my head exploring the worlds I created that were completely independent of “ reality” and it really got me through some seriously dark dark times. Since I ran away life has 💯 opened up & blossomed, but I’m thinking if I had to live the way I had to live forever, I don’t see the incentive to vet come out of my private world 🤷‍♀️

Many culture have strong social networks and social programs that help circumvent complete despair & lonely misery may be less common than in other cultures, ideally people would have support. Word study need to choose an alt reality to survive.

I was bullied when I was little. It wasn't severe, but I started hating school because the bullies would pick up on me, say names, shame me in front of other kids, and even would kick my chair while I work.

Today is “freedom day” here in the UK. An utter joke to call it that but regardless I won’t be following any of the former (they’ll definitely reintroduce them) covid rules anymore. I knew this whole thing was a farce from the start (but no one would listen to a “conspiracy theorist” like me which is why we’ve been living in 1984 for the last 16 months) but wore a mask and obeyed most of the rules anyway out of cowardice to be honest, but not anymore, I threw away my masks and will continue as I did in 2019. My hope now is that most people will continue to live as they did almost a couple of years ago regardless of what the government says as most will realise that coronavirus isn’t as terrifying as they once thought.

(It turns out that the guy lied, and he wasn't associated with black lives matter.
But the question still stands... would you?)
