In what way is opposing gay marriage homophobic? The purpose of marriage is ultimately to have and raise children (otherwise, what sets it apart from other relationships?). Gay people can't produce children because they don't have natural sex. Therefore, in order for marriage between gays and lesbians to be a thing, you have to redefine marriage or invent a new version of it.
With that said, please point to the specifically unreasoning and irrational fear or hatred of gay people.

"The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition."
Again, show me where the objective homophobia is in that statement.
Your last sentence "we still got so many people that still hate or won't accept gays. why?" makes me remember all the homosexuals who actually call people homophobes simply because they're straight and don't find that homosexual attractive/datable.
