Has Corporate Britain Eclipsed Women of Colour and Endorsed White Matriarchy in The Quest of Gender Diversity?

Executive Summary (excerpt from the report)
In the past couple of years, there has been an urgency to rebalance the under-representation of women within corporate Britain. To redress this imbalance , a number of initiatives like the Hampton-Alexander Review , Women in Finance Charter and gender pay gap reporting have been implemented by the government and the private sector.
However, if one carries out a critical examination of the gains made in gender diversity, one will find out that these gains are asymmetrically distributed along racial lines. Women of colour in general and black women, in particular, have been left behind as white women grab the dividends emanating from gender diversity agitation. The gender issue is being embraced and perpetuated at the expense of women of colour. In short, the patriarchy prevalent in UK Inc is gradually morphing into a White Matriarchy.

In among us, everyone can vote who they think is imposter and the most votes gets thrown out airlock and in the game there are countless of innocent deaths due to misinformation, mistrust, idiots, charming imposters and anarchists.

It perfectly shows how bad decisions can easily be made when left to the majority vote. there's no chance of saying sorry or going back because they die.

Yet the majority almost always quickly vote based on gut reaction

I mean it's super secluded and gray all the time. Oslo has a huge heroin problem because Norway is so gray and depressing all the time that that's what people do. Norway didn't invent anything famous like Sweden (IKEA, Nobel Prize), Denmark (Lego, Little Mermaid), or Finland (Nokia, Sauna). Basically the only way Norway got rich was because of oil.

Other than that they're basically the peasant version of Scandinavians. They still worship fishing and whaling and oppose globalization or immigrant input as much as possible. They even cut themselves off the European Union. All the time being stuck to their own depressive gray country.

Basically Norway is like the European equivalent of Alaska or Northwest Territories. Except even those places agree to be part of a larger union (the U. S. or Canada). Some depressing gray podunk region. How did it ever become so great other than oil?

As far as I can tell, all the white voice actors who voiced Ethnic or Black Animated characters have resigned from their roles due to the recent trend that they should be voiced by Ethnic or Black people, respectively. I think it's funny how there was no denying blacks and ethnics the roles of obviously European characters like Mary Jane or Annie.

I have little respect for Westerners considering how they always like to boast having the moral high ground yet are riddled with a shit ton of societal problems while projecting a lot of their own problems onto any Non-Western country they deem "uncivilized" just because they disagree with their way of life.

Tolerance is defined as sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own, by Merriam Webster. We all know which side preaches tolerance and insists that the other side is the intolerant one, but what I've seen is the exact opposite and it's more true now than ever. Which side do you believe is more tolerant?

... Like a really cute, adorable looking 19 year old girl who you later find out is 5'10"? Or a really tough looking guy (like Sylvester Stallone) who you later find out is under six feet; like 5'7"-5'11", and your first thought is "Man, you're tiny! Didn't expect you to be so little."

l feel like that's me. I should be 6'5" like Dwayne Johnson, but instead I'm dwarf AF. There are women abundantly my height and taller. I feel like everyone always goes "I thought you'd be taller in person" with a tone of slight shock and disappointment. (Sigh) I hate being short.

I believe that women are superior than men.
Women are better survivors than men in every way (of which there are many), they are stronger and more robust because of double x chromosome (read the news) do not inherit genetic diseases like males do, which is at a much higher rate (you might have to learn some genetics to see how that works.) Are more productive, women gain more degrees and don't get sexually astray like men do.
The feminine is the manifestation of the divine on Earth. Because they create life. Plus they can breastfeed and are more capable overall than men.

That people, no matter how evil, are actually ultimately good, but are influenced by other factors?

Feminism is a social and political movement. Feminism is about changing the way that people see male and female rights (mainly female), and campaigning for equal rights. Third wave feminism in the west has garner in huge popularity and is making a spread across the globe but also garnered huge uproar from males and also females for their lack of interest in terms of male issues, being sexist towards males and in some instances females and etc. What do you think of feminism today? Do you consider support ing feminism in 2020?
