Would you knowingly press a button and cause a stranger to die if you gained $5,000 because of it?

In a dystopian future, you are convicted of a serious crime. Your punishment is playing Russian Roulette in front of a large physical audience of several hundred people.

In Russian Roulette, you put a single bullet in a revolver, spin the cylinder, place the muzzle against your head and pull the trigger. If the loaded chamber fires, you die. If it doesn't, you go free.

In this dystopian world, you have an option. You can choose not to play Russian Roulette. Instead, you can press a button and one random member of the audience will die.

One more thing. Your punishment requires that your family and friends witness your punishment, so they are among the hundreds of people in the audience.

Do you press the button, or try your luck with the gun?

Many Americans for many decades now, have long believed, thought that, the United States will never be a true democracy until it abolishes the Electoral College, that the rightful or true winner of a Presidential Election should be determined by the popular vote only.

Besides, i think most, or almost all countries world-wide, that have a Presidential Elect-system, they determine their winners on the popular vote only, the US is one of few countries to have an electoral college.

I know i wish or support the electoral college being abolished, but i doubt Republicans would want to part ways with it, because the Electoral College has benefited the Republican candidate in modern times twice, Bush Jr. in 2000, and Trump in 2016, and their oppononent won the Popular Vote over them by a pretty big margin.

Just 5 times in US Presidential Elect history, has the winner lost the popular vote, 3 out of those 5 times occured in the 19th century, the other 2, 2000 between Bush Jr. and Gore, and 2016 between Trump and Hillary Clinton.

I am an avid trump fan, he’s the best candidate for the country however I want Kamala to win, I think I want America to fail. I’m sorry but I don’t like America. I think Americans are so big headed and ignorant and destructive in other parts of the world.

I like trump though, I think he could in fact end wars, decrease inflation and put fear and tensions into other countries. He’s definitely a nationalist, putting America’s needs first.

Social Security just sent me a letter saying they are cutting my disability benefits. I am unemployed at the moment, but I have attempted to return to work but failed to hold down my jobs. Ironically, our country is giving billions of dollars to illegal aliens and foreign nations, yet we are unable to sustain ourselves as citizens.

I am thinking if Kamalatoe wins, I will just default on my lease and move back home. At that point, American families will be having to move in with each other anyways as our society collapses. I can kiss my interview this week for a software dev role goodbye because the job market in tech is already collapsing. We will see a disappearing middle class with a wider wealth gap.

Recent polling indicates Stein is doing better then Harris with Muslim voters.
