Like how to improve humanity had been based around religion for a long time, particularly Christianity and how to live like Christ. Wars were even fought over that. But not anymore. Instead, we debate political concepts today, such as what you see on GAG. Heck, the Vietnam war was a war between political beliefs, not religious ones. But the debate over how to improve humanity continues. It is just done politically instead of religiously. What do you think?

I know Sarah Palin got skewered for saying she could see Russia from her house. AOC said Venezuela is south of the equator. And her response to the question of whether the USA should send troops to defend Taiwan if attacked by China was babble.

VP Vance threw Carrie Prejean , a Catholic, off the Religious Luberty panel for speaking out about Israel's murder of Innocenr Palestian Women and Children and Zionism. The whole point was to speak out freely about religion.

So who will be left to vote for Republicans in 2026? Trump has pissed off Catholics , American Jews, Independents , Democrats , Women, Black People, Gays, Trans, Hispanics, Young people, Arabs. Indians , and Native Americans. Are their enough White males for Republicans to win in November?

My state of Tennessee is one of only few that does not have felony charges for assaults against firefighters and EMTs. Both a house and senate bill was introduced to fill those voids, making assaults against all first responders a felony.

This firefighter/EMT presented to the senate judiciary committee hoping that the bill would pass. She was assaulted on the job while caring for a patient.

While the bill did pass through the committee successfully, the only two democrat members seated on the committee voted no.

This month is Black History month, but Hispanics make up such a large part of this country, we build such a large part of this country, should we have our own History month, and own National anthem?
