Should we just leave this stupid compartmentalism to the ash heap? There’s no scientific difference, right?

When we put a lower scoring candidate into a critical job like engineer or nurse or doctor, how many lives will be lost.

Surely the slightly less bright engineer will design something that is not as safe as the brightest candidate could have designed, think vehicle safety system or electrical system on an oven.

Surely the lower scoring doctor will make more mistakes or discover fewer medical advances.

I'm looking for the number of people this has killed since affirmative action started about 70 years ago (a guess)

I am an atheist and an independent and consider myself a moderate politically. I really can't stand the extremes on either side of the political spectrum. One of the things that really bothers me is hypocrisy, and it seems to me that today's liberals are the worst in that respect.

They preach tolerance but are incredibly intolerant of anyone they disagree with.

They preach against hate but they seem to monger more hatred toward others than anyone else.

They preach against bigotry but they are extremely bigoted toward Christians.

They justify their hatred and intolerance in their own minds by telling themselves they are "right". They don't have the honesty to see that their intolerance is in fact bigotry, just like what they preach against.

The official definition of a bigot is: "a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group."

That description fits today's liberals like a glove.

Are today's liberals now the most hateful and intolerant segment of society?

I'm sure it will be, he will go down for : sexual assaults, tax evasion, inciting a riot etc.

Should he be banned from hosting them? The last thing society needs is another 1/6 riots.

He spoke for almost 2 hours. One hour was just telling about everything Biden has screwed up. He said some things I hoped he would. He said China would be punished for unleashing Covid on the world. He would get control of the border. again. That he would end the mandates. He was very good. There were thousands of cars and I would guess 40 or 50 thousand there to hear him.
