I don't know why, but Black people commit more crimes, therefore background checks by perspective employees hurts than more than other groups. Based on this, should background checks be illegal by employees?

Let's say Jose is 26 year old male. He is Mexican and works as a mechanic. He has never been married, has no kids. He has one brother and his dad recently passed away. He ives in Tijuana and completed school through 18 years old. Mexico wins a World Cup game!!! Does that say anything about Jose?

Socialism promises equality, but it ultimately replaces personal choice with state control. That does not benefit women—it does not truly benefit anyone. Women are best empowered by financial independence, private property rights, business ownership, family stability, safe communities, and the freedom to make their own decisions. Historically, state-controlled systems often pushed women into a double burden: full labor for the state while still carrying major domestic responsibilities at home. True empowerment does not come from government dependency. It comes from liberty, opportunity, ownership, and personal responsibility.
