Why do some people act superior for just meeting the bare minimum?

I'm getting tired of that ''I got treated harshly at home, I knew better back then and I never went to jail nor did drugs''. So what. I know others that didn't get harsh treatment at home and they didn't do drugs nor went to jail either and have a job. That's really just the bare minimum of how to be a basic human, nothing else. Nothing special. They're not special. You have to work at some point in life. If they had to be beaten into submission just to be the bare minimum that's really pathetic.

So what if if you never went to jail nor did drugs and are working? You can be bad in others areas in life. You can still be a loser overall, a nobody in life, etc. You can still bully others. You can still cheat on your spouse, etc. Why do they think just being that bare minimum makes them so decent and great?

Because they are INSECURE and feel like they need to prove something. Don’t shame someone for jail time or drug use. They’ve clearly never lived a fulfilling and interesting life anyways. Work and going home is boring to me, be superior in your own way. I’ll do more drugs than him, I’ll go to jail more often than her. I am superior in that way.

This precisely. I don't hear too many people that got raised with patient parents (that never got harsh treatment and never did drugs either and are working citizens) say ''thanks for my parents' patience, I'm now decent, work and never did drugs or go to jail''. Or if they say it, they only say it after people keep saying ''thanks to getting treated harshly at home, they're now decent and never did drugs'' and they get sick of hearing that you have to beat someone into submission in order for them to stay out of jail and work.

Yeah but I don't act superior like them nor ever. I never give my upbringing credits for my regular life. They rubbed that on everyone's face.

Yeah... and? You want good men try choosing good men. You want the hotties then expect what you're going to get. You're 36-45. Your options are going to star waning at this point.

I'm already taken. I just can't help not feel pity for those people making those absurd comments.

So am i. And i agree, i cannot help but feel pity for those making absurd statements as well al asking absurd questions. Which is why i'm here to help those with good sense to take my advice. Unfortunately that's not everyone.🙂👍
