Girls, most dominant way to end a wrestling match?

For women that wrestle/grapple or would like to, how do you/would you finish off your opponent in order to win in the most convincing/dominant way possible? Any stories?

For guys it's usually a power move like throw/slam to showcase dominance, so I wonder how women feel about it.

I actually did wrestling in high school and do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu


I liked to do this move I call the whip, where when we are standing I hook my arms over theirs, and I bring them in tight and drop to my knees bringing their head down to the mat. When I'm there, I put on of their arms to the ground and turn them on to their back and hold for as long as I can, or long enough to get them to fall all the way back and their shoulders touch the Matt. Won slot of match this way.


With Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I love getting them in arm bars.

Cool. So would you say the head slam into the pin move or arm bar submission was a more dominant way of winning? And why? Have you ever destroyed someone you really wanted to beat?

I gave a girl a small concussion once doing that move, and won plenty of matches against boys with it. I was more put to be dominate with any girl wrestlers tho, so I made sure to win every one I had, and I did.

And I say it's a pretty dominate move, the person slams their face down on the mat. And it's fun to hear the sound of it

Oh you definitely seemed to know what you were doing then. Did you ever come close to losing a match to another woman or was it always one sided? Did/do you ever win with other moves?

Ouch. Sounds painful. Has the move ever not worked or did you always get a pin from it if you landed it? Do you think them being dazed helps?

I ce close once, but I got on top and dominated, being small and flexible helps. And of course it has. Espciallybqjen I first joined. The daze helps, but it's more on timing, speed and yechnique

I'm not just assuming, I already pinned lots of guys, practically all of my ex boyfriends and my present boyfriend ;)

Are they letting you do this or are you just really good at wrestling? Why do you think yo are good at it? Have you ever lost instead?

They are not letting me, I'm really good at it because I started practicing martial arts since I was only 5 years old.
Nope, I never lost.
