Nothing prevents Americans from learning rugby or cricket and competing for the title, and nothing prevents other countries from learning football or baseball and competing against America, but until that happens the new players win in a championship game, these claims are true.

Baseball isn't national - Canada has MLB teams as well. (American) football is a national sport, and the league is "national only", sure, but it's still the world championship if they're the best in the world. I'm sure if another country wants to put together a couple of teams and join the NFL, that could probably happen.

NFL teams play occasional games in London but they are NFL teams always thought it was odd personaly but they are well attended I appreciate Canada have Baseball teams and I believe Japan does as well but the World Series doesn't extend to Japan so really it's just North America India don't call Kabbadi the world series just because only they and Pakistan play it
