So what do you all think can a woman beat a man in mma, bjj etc?
Do u have any mixed fight experiences?
If yes feel free to share
A very slim minority of professional female fighters probably could beat most non-professional men in a fight, but only if they gained a very early advantage. In a drawn out fight, men with comparably active lifestyles are at a very noticeable physical advantage with superior strength, stamina, and usually size and reach as well.
My fighting experience is mostly with military combatives programs, which are a bit different in practice but for the sake of your question, it's pretty relevant. When we were training, it was with the intent of forcing our sparring partners to tap out or to repeat various techniques until reaching or maintaining proficiency, but at the same time there was always a very real threat that serious injury inflicted on each other could result in punishment, so soldiers who knew they had a physical advantage almost always at least started off holding back. I don't recall any female soldiers being particularly competitive fighters except between each other, even amongst the more athletic ones. To be fair however, most of the men were either infantry or cavalry types while most women were either medics or clerks (and one mechanic).
You can't really give a broad answer to something like this to be honest.
In most cases the woman would lose.
If both the woman and man are equally skilled or nearly as skilled as each other then usually the mans higher endurance and strength will usually win out. Because women just don't have the muscular strength we do nor the endurance we do.
Now if a man and woman are around the same build, weight class and the woman is a lot more skilled then the man then there is a good chance the woman will come out on top because skill does play a part.
If a woman is more skilled but the man completely outclasses her in build and weight then chances are the woman isn't gonna do so well.
Here is a decent example of two marines one is a woman and the other is a man. The man is fighting the woman jus like he would another man he's not holding back.
Now obviously there are exceptions I have met a few women who could kick my ass not many but a few when I was in martial arts they are out there but they are the minority not majority.
Using my Taekwondo & Kickboxing skills, I successfully defended myself from a stocky 6+ foot knife-wielding hold-upper despite getting stabbed in the abs by him and his skinny partner who fled the scene. I knocked the big man down to the ground with a combination of kicks, chops & punches and knocked him out with repeated head stomps while he was down in order to save my life. I nearly died of excessive blood loss.
Good job
The correct way to respond against crimes
More women should be like u
İts Amazing...
I'm jiujitera.
In bjj, if a woman is much higher level than a guy, she can easily beat him up. I heard from guys that they experienced being knocked out by trained girl.
but in same level, I can say it's hard.
that's why people separate woman and man, by weight in sport match.
I saw a few video and article that female boxer beat guys up.

I've experimented with multiple martials arts. Including BJJ. Of course some were years and other months. BJJ I only did off and on after/before Thai.
In Judo I had the fortune to have the national junior women's champion, I was also a junior, in my club. Also had the national women's champ in my thai group later.
In general during sparring and what not I (as a better but not competitive member) would 'win' more than I would lose against them. Some reservation for the muay thai one as sparring and fighting can be very different so take it with a grain of salt. That is also to say I would lose some.
So can a woman beat a man? Absolutely. But in my experience a reasonably good fighter for guys is already up there with the best of them for girls. So if we compare the top level vs the top level women should really almost never win. Even adjusting for size etc it would still be rare. Our bodies are different.
After asking a question like this before, I think yes a woman can beat a man in a fight, but she has to be at least ten times more experienced than him. Otherwise, it wouldn't work.
Settle a bet: Who would most likely win in a fight: A girl who's been doing MMA classes for a year, or a guy who's been doing them for two months?
I don't think so.
These videos are all fake.
In this Era of fake feminism that focuses only on depowering men such things are quite normal. Don't ever believe WWE or any form of wrestling. They are al fake
They are meant to make a girl believe à woman is far superior than a man. Nothing else
No. Which is why they don't have "men vs girls" sport or events on TV.
But you should never just take Youtube videos at face value anyway.
However this doesn't mean there are not possibilities. A skilled female MMA will be able to take on an unskilled man, or maybe even compete with a professional male fighter on some level. It's just not something with a high probability.
It is definitely possible for a smaller woman to defeat a larger woman in a fight. It happens quite often.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/VDAa9zxzgYkBut it is way more difficult for a woman to defeat a larger man in a fight. Due to the physiological differences.
Of course of woman can win if she is of high skill and has enough strength and speed. She dont need to be as big and strong. Smaller men beat larger men in the same way. I have a had fun wrestle time with a strong skilled woman who was 50 pounds lighter and gave up 8 inches to me. I not a skilled fighter. She not as skilled as she used to be. I won the first few then she got the best of me after about the 4th match. If was hurt stamina, and level of skill that helped her. She was surprisingly strong too. My girlfriend is not easy to beat in a match either as she is strong but not that skilled. I do win again her 9 times out 10 in horsing around stuff. Do guys tend to not be in 100% intense mode. Yes i think that is true. Women in play wrestling are in much more intense modes. If came to real blows I will win 19 times out of 20. I hit much harder. Wrestling is different and MMA yet different again.
Can a woman win. Sure, is it likely if they have similar experience, knowledge base, and training. Not at all. The woman would need more experience and skill to take on a male of equal statue. And this is mainly due to upper body strength and bone density differences between men and women. 💁♂️
Sure. It's not likely, assuming similar levels of fitness and training, but even then, it's possible. And if you take a skilled fighting woman and put her up against the average guy in the street, the odds go WAY up. If strength was everything in a fight, we wouldn't have fights, just weightlifting contests.
Yes. They can. Some of my female colleagues are fucking animals in CQC and I am lowkey afraid of fightimg them. It's bot that they always win, but I have gotten my ass beaten up more than I would like to admit.
Then again the girls who make ot to become fighter pilots are damn madlads who have the same physical qualities as pilot guys. So no surprise.
Another fighter? No. Not without a lucky scenario and or him making a mistake.
Just some random guy? It is possible. If it is declared combat. Both parties are facing each other prepared for a fight, he is in a fighter's stance and ready to hurt someone... it would still be difficult to beat a man who may outweigh her by 40, 50, 100 pounds and almost double her strength. It is possible though.
It's not as if it's absolutely impossible. But the existence of weight classes in professional fighting pretty much proves that there are basic physical variables that can make a fight completely unfair.
I dont think so, unless she is bigger than him, like being taller than him or have muscles and he doesn't.
An inexperienced man Vs an experienced woman of similar size, I reckon she'd take him. Equal experience and size? Doubtful.
It depends on the set up. But if your asking for a general sense. Then yes. A woman can beat a man.
Overall there are too many factors to think about. But that would be the same as a M vs M. Or W vs W.
Well.. once she wraps those legs around his head. It's a wrap lol 🤷♂️
Most of the time no, but there are exceptions occasionally
If he lets her or doesn't have any martial arts training
I used to think men would win, but after watching a vid where a girl totally destroyed a dude in a fight, making him pass out, my opinion has changed
Yes, since there aren't many rules, if the woman gives him a solid knee in the balls, she'll win.
Potentially if she were allowed to kick him in the nuts with no cup allowed , she'd be a change , otherwise not against a comparable level of talent. Need to kick his nuts , super hard..
Won't go as far as to say its impossible but it is not very likely. Frankly it's not even about male vs female it's literal physics. A 200 point man is just going to hit harder than a 110 pound woman.
