I dont know the answer, but maybe somebody does. It might be Wilt Chamberlain or Bill Russel.

I know Pete Maravich had a 40-seomthing poitn triple double in the NBA and a couple 50 point triple doubles in college, and that was before the 3-point shot era, w which is impressive. Pete Maravich might have had a close run at a Quadruple Double. This is a hard statistic to study because it's never been recorded.

Michael Jordan might be the one too. I think he had a 7 steal triple double one time. That might be the answer.

Or Oscar Robertson or Magic Johnson
Looks like it was Hakeem Olajuwon:

Yeah, it would need to be someone who was very good on both defense and offense. People forget how good Michael Jordan was on defense. he was good enough to be defensive player of the year, if he hadn't been winning league MVP every year anyway.
Hmm, then my information was wrong. That's ridiculously good and I'm sure his team won both games. It would be hard not to win when scoring an actual quad double. It's hard not to win when scoring the usual triple double.
Yeah, Jordan pioneered the use of film study for defense, so he learned his opponents' tendencies and could take advantage in cutting off passing lanes rather than just guessing and gambling.
I can't tell you how many young people ask me whether LeBron is better than Jordan was, when in my mind, there is no contest.
After Jordan's 63 point Triple Double in the playoffs, Larry Bird commented in interview that it was "God disguised as Michael Jordan..."
Like seriously, you can't lose with a 7 steals triple double. The whole game is blown for the other team.
Jordan beat both Larry Bird's Celtics and Magic Johnsons' Lakers, and that fade-away jumper or FAKED fade-away and drive to the paint... nobody except Lebron comes close to that since then anyway, but Lebron plays in an era where there's less parity in the NBA. The players were better in Jordan's era from top to bottom.
Yeah, that game back in 1986 was incredible- the Celtics threw good defenders like Dennis Johnson at him and they had good team defense and it didn't matter.
It's not easy for any athlete to even make their body mechanics move like Jordan could. To beat any one or two defenders and make them look completely incompetent. It was incredible to watch him play.
I remember Hakeem Olajuwan, he was impressive too, but the Bulls beat them almost every time they played.
