Longest rebound?

I have been out of a 3yr relationship for a few months now and I was wondering

1) guys what has been your longest rebound time frame?

2)Do you think the time frame depends on if you did the breaking up or if your heart was broken?

I was single for a bit over a year when my first Girlfriend broke up with me after 3 years.

I do think it depends on both who did the breaking up and a broken heart.

tho mine was exceptionally long because I was still on good terms with her and kept being confronted with her and we ended up being FWB's for a while.

Depends on how much you like them and the emotional bond you have with them and if you still think about them or see them a lot. Its hard to move on if they are around and you get tempted to hook up or friends with benefits and get stuck in a rut...
