The Dodgers embarrassed the Padres again. Who are the next best baseball team?

I think it's the Mets. They swept the Yankees recently, and almost swept the Braves in a five games series.

The Mets have the TWO best active pitchers in the League now, but the Dodgers have more depth at Pitcher. Well, DaGrom had a perfect game bid yesterday, but blew it in the sixth inning. He was understandably pissed at himself too. Anytime you're that good at something, you're addicted to winning.

Everyone is beating the yankees recently. They are in a ridiculous slump due to bad base running mechanics. They blew that 13 inning shut-out game due to bad decision making, and they just got beat 4-3 again by the same team in regulation. Aaron Judge is a 400 batter for the season, and even he is slumping.

Yeah. Im convinced. Now that DeGrom is back in perfect form, they have two starting pitchers who can each KO your entire starting lineup if they get hot. If anybody can keep a BO7 close vs the Dodgers it must be the Mets.

YEah. I get that. If you play a bad enough opponent it could make any.500 team look good. I think the Nationals suck even more than the Royals, but I could be wrong.

Even more so if we're playing Toronto in Canada. As I think we have the most unvaccinated players of any MLB team.
