When it comes to racing, either in real life or in a game, which cars do you feel like give you everything you need?

THIS IS NOT A POLL SO PLEASE LIST THE CARS YOU PREFER (including any below you may like). Also, if you race in a game, are you more into arcade or simulation racing?  When it comes to things like looks/style, speed, handling/stability, braking, spring rate/damping, drifting on sharp turns, jump stunts, etc, these are the cars that work best for me in both Need For Speed and Forza Horizon games (I haaaate Forza Motorsport)—  Audi R8, Audi TT Quattro, Lotus Exige S, Lotus Elise, Lambo Urus, Lambo Gallardo (and honestly any lambo, but I only like the look of these two), Aston Martin Vantage GT12 (yet not other Aston Martins), Nissan GT-R and Mclaren Senna. I WANT to add F12Berlinetta, Jag F Type, Infiniti, Corvette, Acura, RC-F, Viper, any non-classic Mustang, and Lykan Hypersport, but tbh, its been a while since I raced in those so i can’t remember if they gave me everything I need. Although cars like the Agera/Regera/Jesko are hella fast, I personally can’t do much with that kind of car. Its just too fast for me to handle regardless of tuning 🤣 I love a BMW M3 as well as a classic Camaro or Cuda, but not when it comes to racing games. They feel heavy and just stubborn.  Please, no bashing. I’m all for tips on how to better handle the Koeniseggs, trucks, BMW’s, Hellcats, Atom, and classic cars, but I don’t play these games as much anymore anyways. #FeelFreeToList

Hmmm. I remember the original Horizon I drove the Plymouth Cuda and the Subaru Impreza WRX non-stop. Those were my go-tos. I also used the Ferarri FF, Köenigsegg, any Aston I could find, the Noble M600, and the Bughatti EB110 SS.

Horizon 2 it was the TVR Sagaris

Horizon 3 was the Holden HSV Maloo. Cause when in the Outback, ya drive a Holden mate!

Horizon 4 was none other than the 2013 Viper SRT. The way they mixed the sound for that V10 was just and orgasm in the ears.

Horizon 5, Man I really need to get back into that game.

I usually go with cars with good handling and acceleration. But I am a sucker for a Dodge Viper or a Porsche; regardless of if they meet my preferences or not. I prefer arcade over simulation. At the end of the day I just put the petal done and use my competitors as my brakes.

As a former licensed street racer! You list is amazing but these are already sport luxurious fast! The fastest cars out there. But! I am more into the classic tuned cars with crazy amount of horse powers, so am gonna choose the original HP versions. The 1973 RSR Porsche

The 1971 Datsun 240Z (Fairlady Z)

The 1969 Chevrolet C3 Corvette Stingray

And the 2000 Mitsubishi EVO VI

I drove all these cars and they gave me that feeling where made me say (THIS IS IT).

Me and my baby that helped secure 3rd place back in 2007.

My cars would be all classic muscle cars like a 68 charger, 70 Cuda, 69 Camaro, 70 nova, 69 gto, and 68 firebird. I did race irl in a 68 Camaro against an 86 Monte carlo. I smoked his ass in a 1/4 mile.

If I'd ever participate in a race it would be a amateur race with a price cap. A used Mazda 323 BG. Cheap enough and it has a good power to weight ratio.

In racing games, I almost always pick a car unlike all the others in the race, if I can. You can't compete when everyone has the same car. Being different is the way to win.
