Is it too late for me or anyone to be able to reach competition level for any sport or even combat sports for instance like boxing 🥊 ?
No don't be discouraged
Lot of late starters have become world class Professionals
I see guys from 17 and above who have this same self doubt almost every week in our gym
I always give them a few examples... the best ones being Ken Norton and Rocky Marciano
Both of them started in their early 20s... and Rocky is the only Heavyweight who never lost a fight and Ken Norton is a badass who defeated Muhammad Ali
I don't know your current position, just start slow and compete in Amateur matches.. through blood and sweat champ!🥊

If you're expecting to be a pro, then yeah it's way too late. Most pros start in their childhood and have years of experience by the time they enter their twenties.
If you're expecting to be a strong amateur or semi-pro I'd say it's doable if it's something you're really passionate about and devote a lot of time towards practice. Really, though, what's most important is that you have fun. Who cares if you're never going to be the next Mike Tyson?
I started with bjj at 17. Now 2 years later im at brown belt and i might be able to get black Belt soon. I already won competitions even though All other people train for a longer time than me. Its never too late but you really have to give it your best, have some talent and you still can't expect to be the best. You will have disadvantage for a very long time.
for sports like boxing i'm sure it's fine, but for sports like gymnastics, football etc, it's hard to get a foot in starting comparatively late to children and teenagers who grow and move up in those sports

golf be ok, you could still race motocross. It's all about how quick a learner you are based upon the skills you've learned so far. There's a few cases of people starting really late in life and becoming the best, at least for a short time. Some brains/bodies do certain things better than others... naturally.

no I started later in boxing. Even though I boxed as a kid for training when I was 23? I was told I was a baby and had plenty of time for professional fighting in Miami Beach the fifth Street gym
No sir, people like Rocky Marciano, and Ken Norton didn't pick up gloves until their almost mid 20s.. Like 24.. Sonny Liston didn't start until 19.. So you can definitely do it and with extreme dedication become a pro.. Pro sports don't start drafting until late teens early 20s..
if you work like RIGHT NOW no, but if you wait another 2 years will be too late (for a lot of sports at least). that's if you want to be a professional that is

as a hobbie or amateur any age will do...
professionally speaking... you're already way too old In my opinion it will always be a no. You can do any sport you want at any age, so as long as your body allows you to.
I've seen people in their 40s enter martial arts and compete.
It is never too late. Remember to hydrate and sleep.Nope, because 21-22 is in your prime age.
Your early twenties are your peak of physical fitness, you should definitely give it a shot.
it takes 3 years on any sport. Then you decline at 35. You got time. Brock Lesnar made his MMA debut at 31 and was UFC champ.
You can always try Dwarf Tossing or the Amish rake fights.
Hard work no telling how far you can go!
yes.
