Is this devine intervention, dumb luck or something else?

The U. S. A. was playing Jamaica in the semi-final of CONCACAF Nation's League. 30 seconds into the match, Jamaica scores a goal. During the rest of the match, there were some opportunities from both sides, but neither team was able to capitalize. FF to the end of the match, the ref adds 5 minutes of stoppage time to the clock, which ended up becoming 6 minutes, most likely due to Jamaica making a tactical substitution to kill the clock. But just when it seems it's gonna be Jamaica in the final, the U. S. is rewarded a last minute corner kick. Even our goal keeper comes forward. Pulisic takes the corner and some how the ball deflects off the head of a Jamaican player and into their own goal, and just like that, the U. S. takes the game to overtime, where they end up scoring two more goals and beating Jamaica 3-1.

I've seen some crazy last minute comebacks in football, but I don't think I've ever seen anything like this. I'm usually a rational person, but I am convinced we witnessed a TRUE "hand of God" goal in Texas last night, but what do YOU guys think?
