I’m pretty good. I don’t know why, but when I look at a pool table, it is as though I can see actual lines on the felt that show me where hit the ball to get it in the pocket. I actually took a picture of someone playing pool and added the lines I can visualize, but apparently, they JUST removed our ability to add a photo to an answer! This site is getting worse by the day!

@CrabCakes11 Where is the photo you added? I genuinely do not see it? In fact, I don't see an answer to this question from you at all, just your reply to me (that has no photos). Also, sometimes it IS there, and sometimes it is NOT. If you follow me, I will be adding a question (with images of both versions of the reply box) You’ll notice that on some occasions the icon to add a photo is there, and yet at other times it is not. Also, I’m only referring to when one answers a question, NOT when one posts a question. I’m not making this up, @crabcakes11, it honestly is not there much of the time! (I’m referring to the web-based interface only, that most of us have been using for years, because the App completely sucks!).

@CrabCakes11 That is correct, replies to answers cannot post pictures, but my comment (and my question posted here: Why is the icon to add pics sometimes missing when we answer questions? ↗ shows clearly that sometimes when posting an ANSWER to a question the icons to add images is NOT there. So I provided the receipts within my question, to SHOW that they are sometimes not there.

well "billiards" is just used as a synonym for pool. they used to mean different games but changed over time.

My dad. taught me well. I should have listened more. When I was a kid, he'd play three-cushion, and I'd shoot simple carom. Then I went to one-cushion when I learned something vs his three-cushion. Also pocket billiards, too. We'd usually play rotation.

I grew up with billiards. Had a table in my house. For fun, my brother would bring me out and we hustled people for money. So basically, he was the great shooter, I was the frail shooter, but ok at some shots (not knowing I was his sister). We were in control, especially the drinkers, made it easier. We would lose the first on purpose. Double up and lose, again. Double up again, win. They would double up again and again. We sometimes left with a few hundred money to a few thousand, goodtimes.
