my ideas

1. every inning everyone has to play a different position. this means each of the 9 players has to pitch one inning

2. the strike zone is widened to the shoulders to bottom of the knees to encourage more aggressive at bats and contact hitting

3. points are scored by who gets more runs in an inning. 1 point per inning. they play as many innings as will fit in 90 minutes

4. the ball is redesigned to make off speed much more effective than a fastball
