I went with option F because its funny... but serious fuck MLB. I quite watching baseball for 10 years after the 1993 season because I really think all the players on owners are out of touch with reality. These guys and yes I mean guys, because there are no women ball players are spoiled athletes that play a game for a living. These teams generate so much revenue and only a small fraction of that goes back to the fans.
Are athletes exploited sure they are, but they make multi-millions for playing a game... its not like they have any real practical skills other than chasing a ball around. They should be made to go out and work a real job for few years and then see how willing they would be to come back and play a game for a few million.

I haven't watched that much baseball honestly the last world series is the first one I ever watched and I only got into baseball a bit because of Jomboy the youtube channel and him loving the game. I haven't heard of this thing yet eiher but Baeball seems like a pretty dirty game as a whole like fuck the Astros for instance. It reminds me of CS:GO in esports.
I don’t watch MLB that much anymore. I live really close to a minor league team, so I like going to those games. I like watching college baseball once the tournament starts and I really love the Little League World Series. They’re so cute and play because they love the game and haven’t been jaded or ruined by greed yet.

I find it sickening how entertainers make millions and those who save lives for living make just enough to provide a normal life.
I dont agree that everyone should have the same income but when the difference is that big, it ruins the balance.
Totally agree. That was the same thought I had 10 or 15 years ago when there was am NFL player (don't remember who) who literally made a fuss because he was offered $25 million a season when he argued for $25.3. Fucking ridiculous.

Doesn’t bother me. I don’t look at what other people have and have the time to be pissed. I’m trying to make myself better every single day. That’s my focus and it helps me. More people need to have that mindset instead of focused on what other people do with there lives and there money

WIth the average salary over $4M, and 162 games, that's close to $24,700 per game, or about $9,000 per hour, or about $2,700 per typical 18-20 minute inning.

I boycott all sports because they demand too much money for a part time job & don't pay $20 for a loaf of bread & $ 500.00 to to fill there gas tank, if they think they deserve all the money fine, but make them pay high amounts at the store & gas station too. By boycott, do you mean not go to MLB games? I already do that. I go to about one game per year and never pay full price for a ticket. Once you're inside, prices are ridiculous for beer and food in almost every park except PNC and Camden Yards.

I don't really watch sports much anymore. Watching athletes disrespect the American flag or the National Anthem is not something I want to do. Then there was Covid and the games were just contests that depended on how many athletes were not tested positive that day.

Kevin D. Greeson died of a heart attack, collapsing on the sidewalk west of the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Rosanne Boyland appeared to have been crushed in a stampede of fellow rioters as they surged against the police.
Benjamin Philips, the founder of a pro-Trump website called Trumparoo, died of a stroke.
Mr. Greeson and Mr. Philips died of natural causes, the Washington medical examiner said in April. He added that Ms. Boyland’s death was caused by an accidental overdose.
In the days and weeks after the riot, five police officers who had served at the Capitol on Jan. 6 died.
Officer Brian D. Sicknick of the Capitol Police, who was attacked by the mob, died on Jan. 7.
Officer Jeffrey Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department killed himself after the attack.

Well after recent shocking positive developments (no thanks to the team I root for, 3 other teams, and the 8 players' board members), I guess I'll have to amend my answer to "No", since I've had my season tickets for the Yankees since 1998. It's the only "unnecessary" expense I allow myself every year. I guess I'm missing work on April 7th now.
I would have boycotted had the season been shortened. But I still probably won't go to many games cuz it's a hassle. I prefer to just watch on TV :) But I am going to Comerica Park in July to see Elton John.
