As I see it, this would be the greatest boxing match of all time. I think Crawford is better at "Breaking down" his opponent and exposing weaknesses in real time, while Mayweather is better at "stick and move" and "Hit and run" tactics and just speedy tactics in general. I guess we'll never see this match, since Mayweather is too old to do it now, but this is a great matchup to theorycraft.

I said Mayweather is slightly vulnerable when moving to his own right, because De La Hoya proved you can land a front side (left) hook repeatedly on Mayweather if you have good enough speed and footwork, and actually force him to move to his right, which is away from his own jab hand, which is bad mechanics in a certain way.

I tend to lean slightly towards Terence too, but I've asked 3 AIs so far and all three of them favor Crawford slightly. It's hard to say without being biased.

I don't know who would win it for certain, but it would be the most money-making fight of all time. Even if they did an exhibition right now, it might make more money than any fight in history.
