more teams were allowed to the group part this time. should they do that next time too? or just have the "32 best ranking" in the 32 round knockouts? considering Europe anyway, despite inclusion, defeated almost all the non european except a few- maybe don't bother with group stage? just start knockouts with 36 teams with best record?
